A community for those who have been through the heartbreak of infidelity and decided to stay with their partner and try to re-build the relationship.
This is a question that comes up over and over again in different forms. "How do I stop hating the AP?" "How do I stop being so mad?"
The truth is, it's a form of grieving and the only way out is through, BUT - some of us DO get "stuck" (I did!) so it's so awesome to read a non-infidelity related article that may offer insight and advice to those of us who have our pouty lips stuck permanently out and "S/he should/shouldn't have...." burned on our lips!

OW#1 I got all the information I wasnted from her... She was single, he lied to her and it'd been over for a long time.
But OW# 2 ... I have hated her for 30 years... The fact she dumped my H in HS, got knocked up by some other guy, and she gives me attitude? He still found the need to be with her? I want to destroy her! It doesn't consume my day. But I see an accident in the side of the road I imagine it's her.
In that accident on the side of the road? Yeah... OW over here was in the other vehicle that hit OW#2 over there. ;) (Actually, I really mostly just want her to feel SORRY. I want her to feel REMORSE and have empathy for ME. But maybe that's the lesson - I need to have empathy for her.)
