So I was at the gas station, and they have a new display up of zippo lighters, I guess for gift giving for Christmas, anywho, I glance at it and the first one I see has DIVA spelled out in hot pink rhinestones,, which brought a smile to my face, cuz youngest has played years and years of softball, her team the Diamond Divas, and H, her daddy, coached. Brought smile for the memory. Then, as the thing was on a motorized turntable it turned and I about fell to the ground, was like a kick in the gut, next lighter my eyes landed on as I'm waiting my turn,,,said this........

I had to sit in the car and cry.

Wow, and I've been thinking about it, and noticing things like jokes on tv that used to be funny. Ya know, all the he's gettin it on the side jokes.

And this may sound strange,, but I'm sad for little things we lost, like it used to kinda be a standing joke with us, he'd say something and I'd say nooo that musta been your girlfriend,,, or ask your gf that,,,, or he'd say whered you go all day? to see your boyfriend,,,,,,,,,,,,,all bf/gf were ficticious,, just innocent teasing,,, thats gone.
Another running joke was he used to tell me (I'm one year older than H, as he likes to FREQUENTLY remind me) he would tell me when I hit 40 he was gonna trade me in on 2, 20 year olds :) and of course for the last year or 2 I've been telling him he wouldn't know what to do with or have the energy for 2,20 year olds lmao,,, but anyyyway,, all that teasing doesnt have the innocence it did before and that makes me sad.
