You know this already, but she's not worth your time. What is going on in her life has nothing to do with you. Wanting to know what is going on with her only means you care, and you don't want to care about her.

I guess I would ask myself "What behavior am I seeing in him that is making me want to check on her?" For me, I have discovered that when I hear some cheater speak or see old behavior, it makes me fall into old reactions.

Started a new crochet project last weekend. Afghan #5 this year. One a month is a bit insane, but whatever works, I guess. :)

Wow Allora. You must be fast!! #5 already!!! I need to crochet 4 baby blankets by September and I'm having a hard time keeping my mind on it. It's the obsessing that slow you down.

I just read The Residence about the staff at the White House who are in the residence. It was so interesting and not salacious, just factual. If you saw The Butler, it was along those lines.

The one thing I did right away was to go and block the ow. I had those same feelings. I am so glad that I did because it prevented me on peaking on her. As for my other family they did look and only told me little bits about what was on it. By blocking the OW it has helped me stay away because I was not going to give the OW power to run me off Facebook. I enjoy talking to family and friends on it. I have the power she did not. I have the power she did not. I will not allow the OW control me anymore. I still have my bad days and triggers but I will not let that define who I am. My husband is doing his best to make sure that I dont get the triggers and reminds me he loves me. I wish I knew how to crochet it sounds like fun. Good Luck
