This is great! MC helped us so much. Intially H was willing to go, but still resisted opening up. It took time, but with the MC help he did begin to talk. Anytime we tried discussions prior to MC, he always became defensive and angry and I ended up crying. The counselor was able to temper our emotions so we could actually have productive communication! Good luck to you both, I hope it helps you the way it did us.

Ok , we went to mc last night, went well I think. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement. I wrote about what led up to calling for the appointment,, the subsequent panic over going, and the visit itself in my journal, kinda drained dont feel like typing allll over again, so if interested its there for public consumption, lol.

Yup, read it in your journal! Now keep us posted how the next few sessions go! Glad you got the nerve to make the appointments, and overrode your fears, and even more glad that it went well!
