First you need to but a pulse ox- I purchased mine on the internet. You need to make sure you stay above 95% while you are working out.. Do you have a treadmill.. this is by far the better method at this time for you due to the lungs.. it is easier to control the workout and monitor the workout. You also have to monitor your heart rate. I would be glad to discuss the workout I did.

Even if you just walk around the inside of your house it would be better than none at all. My husband walks up and down our driveway, and uses our treadmill on occasion. So far he is only on oxygen when mobile, 3L, If not on it his oxygen drops to about 85, he monitors it with his pulse/ox meter
