Explain a little why the decrease.
I am doing the same. I felt "rough" for about 2 weeks after I decreased 5mg Pred. My whole body gets the shakes, aches and just generally feels tired. I am now on 15mg daily so am pleased. I am reducing to 10mg end of July if all goes well.
