I felt the same way at first. I have been horribly sick the last 3 pregnancies, but this time I didn't get morning sickness until 8 weeks. I still have only had a little breast tenderness. I wondered for myself if the grief and fear were overshadowing the symptoms. Go get bloodwork done so you at least have the comfort of having those results. After what we have been through drs are usually very supportive when we need extra tests done for comfort. I bet they would probably do an ultrasound if you called. Mine did. I totally understand how you feel. In the beginning, everyday I constantly thought I wasn't pregnant anymore. I wasn't feeling sick until about 8 weeks just like Cynthia and my breasts only hurt sometimes. I still get so nervous, but there are some good days too. I agree that you should go get some blood work. My doctor had me go one day and then again 72 hours later to make sure that my levels were rising appropriately. That was honestly a little comforting to me at least for that time being. Keep me posted. You are in my prayers.

I've been pregnant twice and both times I had no symptons at all. I think everyone is different. I also had spotting both times and I had some spotting just the other day that is what made me think I might be prengnat. I'm on a blood thinner and it's implantation bleeding because my blood is so thin. I went in Friday for a blood test to confirm pregnancy and I go back in Monday to make sure the levels are rising. You will be in my prayers.

I really have no symptoms either... just getting up once at night to pee and having lots of dreams but otherwise I feel good. It freaks me out.
