Well, The dr is wonderful and I think she is going to be very attentive to how Im feeling with this pregnancy. She did a ultrasound and the baby is right on schedule we saw a great heartbeat. Our due date is Sept 12th. Which to me seems forever. However during this visit I could not control my emotions they of course had to ask what happened with Wyatt and I couldnt even talk I was so upset. I didnt expect the visit to be so hard. I thought this would be a new beginning for us and a new sence of hope but I just went back to how sad I was that I didnt have Wyatt. I have been doing really good till I had to go to the dr. I hope it gets easier each visit. Thanks Candy
I'm so happy your visit went well. I think it's proabably very normal to feel that way. I know I get like that too and I'm on 3 weeks in and I'm terrified to no end. I have not done the first ultra sound yet. I get upset too sometimes and think well, I just went through this and got so happy and excited to bring home my baby only to end up burrying her instead of holding her. It just breaks my heart. So I think it's totally normal. Hopefully the visits will get a bit easier of you and all of us. I'm so scared and happy all at the same time. It's so many weird emotions. But I'm going to try my best to hang in there and pray for strength and guidance from God. I will be thinking and praying for you.
Congrats Candy on things being ok. :) Just try to take one day at at time and then be thankful for that day. Thats pretty much all we've done this whole time... and i've felt like we've been hit a lot this time, its definantly been a test of Faith.
I think this first visit is definitely the hardest. My first visit I cried for 30 minutes as we talked about everything. I think that's really normal. And although, you're pregnant and excited about that, the loss of Wyatt will always be there. He's your son, some days will be good and some will be hard. Hang in there and I'm here if you need to talk. I hope the visits will be easier from now on. Hugs. Denise
