I have just come out of another flare up & had the drip. This is a hard one to describe. I woke up the other night with a new symptom - the front of my vagina was burning & had spasmed really painful (not the sexual type). It felt like it closed, woke me up & I got to the loo as quick as I could but couldnt pee. I have now had this happen several times in the day time as well. I have real bad bladder leakage & wear pads all the time anyway but this has got heaps worse at the same time (& I dont know its happening).
Can anyone else shed any light on this?

well I'm a guy so it might be different. but i tke detrol la for bladder control problems many time I fell like i have to got but dont. Or i feel like i'm done and I'm not yet. Talk to you doctor about it. I too have had some wierd sensations in my lower area of the genitals but they dont last long. pura vida mike

This sounds like an acute bladder infection which we MSrs are very prone to. You need some antibiotics and something that will keep the spasms at bay. They should abate as the infection exits your system. Hope this helps and please feel better soon!

I posted a thread about a strange week of bladder control problems. The last reply was by jeanne123 about
interstitial cystitis which she has suffered from for a while. She gave two links to it I looked at one of the links and it describes pelvic pain & even describes how woman wit IC have difficulty getting pelvic exams since it hurts so much. Perhaps check those links. IC is a condition that flares up as MS does.

thanks for your responses. I will check that link & have also had another test done that looks like it is showing up something wrong in the bowels & stomach so it is just ongoing I think. Something is causing it thats for sure & I dont like it at all.Thanks for reading

oh AusSue, I hope things are going better for u. Sounds awful. I have to wear pads. But I don't have the spasms there. I would definitely speak to ur doc about it.
