E Eliminate anything not necessary
N Naughty & nice, it’s okay to have a little of each
T Time out, plan your rest breaks and take them!!
I Initiate new traditions that work for you
A Adjust your expectations, be kind to yourself
L Let others take a turn
S Stop and take stock, the end of the year is a great time to stop and think about
how you would like the new year to look.
· Are there things you would like to start in 2012? Exercise? Meditation? Relaxation?
· Are there things you need to change? Priorities? Unrealistic expectations?
As you reflect on the year finishing, I hope that it has been a good one for you, and as you head into a new year, I hope you have plans and idea on how to make it even better.
