When I was young - positive affirmations

I grew up in a home that women were not thought hightly of... and my dad was nver home.... that's not the point... the point is that I learned early that I was my own support group and comforting mechanism. I was determed to suceed in life and never look back. I started daily positive afirmations before I knew what they were.
Each day I stripped down neked, looked at myself in my full length mirror and told myself I was beautiful until I could smile wile saying it. Sometimes it took longer than others. But each day, I started off thinking that even if no one else saw it, I knew I was beautiful.
In therapy, I now teach others to give and participate in positive afirmations ... I don't always suggest stripping down naked, but being volnerable an looking at my whole self and all my flaws was wha I needed to come to terms with myself. . ....what do you need?
How about.....
