I have been trying o keep posting in this area with inspirational things I find. I have decided that maybe I should jst write what I know.
Here is one of the things I know.
We each have different daily struggles. What I struggle with, someone else might find easy, and what you struggle with, I may have already learned to deal with. This does not mean that it is any less valid of a struggle. Compairing ourselves to other people leads to a great deal of negative things ocurring, but one of the things that occurs is that we start to feel that our struggles are not valid because other people do not struggle with them. But we are not other people - we are us.
Sometimes asking other people for advice in our struggles leads to additional frustration as well, because they may not have ever seen what we are struggling ith as a struggle, and that makes us feel belittled or deminished in some way as people.
Your struggles are valid struggles because you are you, and your struggles are unique to you.
Surround yourself with people who love you and want to validate your struggles , even if they don't have many suggestions as to how to fix these struggles.
Just remember that you are made for a purpose - you are unique - you are loved. You are not your struggles. They are not the sole things that define you. You are efined by your choices, and should celebrate each accomplishment that you achieve. ... even if that accomplishment is just defning what it is you are struggling with.
