I Am is a good motto. Glad you are back.
Gentle hugs.
I AM is VERY powerful and very healing.
I have faith that you can do it gimmestrength......ya just have to keep at it.
I know life can knock you down and that really sucks. However, we are stronger becuz of it. Use it as a tool to move forward.
I ran into a VERY negative nurse a few days ago.....she really ripped me a new one and tried to make me feel guilty for a decision I made. It worked for awhile as she took me off guard. I ended up going above her and reporting her. However, after speaking to her superior.....I realized there was a need for some new kinda communication and set forth a new idea. It made me feel calmer and rational.
So I AM a powerful, caring, and loving human being....not perfect.....but moving forward with an I AM attitude.
You go girl!!!!!
Hang with positive.....like us......we will help you.
I apologize for not being a constant here at the moment. I'm behind on answering my PM's and threads....hope to be back in the saddle once mom is settled in rehab.
Take care. Keep reading tons of free positive stuff on the internet....or listening to a bunch of free stuff on youtube. Relaxation and constant positive affirmations really help. My biggie is to go around my house and giving gratitude rants about everything big AND small! OH.....and crank up great music. I LOVE Pharrell Williams (Happy) and more recently.....I LOVE Rachel Platton (Fight Song and I Stand By You).
Sending good vibes to all ((((((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))))))
I am thankful for this beautiful weather that we have, although we are under a Tornado Watch. But we have a basement and my phone beeps when there is an emergency.
MSB! I applaud you for being assertive with the nurse and then working towards a solution. Something that I struggle with now and then.
I will have to look up Rachel Platton!
Big hugs,
