Just a tip, but the next time your ears ring, check your blood pressure. Every time my ears hurt it is because my blood pressure has dropped low.
I am obviously not a doctor, but some of your symptoms could be medication side effects. You can look up your meds on Drugs.com and see if some of your list shows possible side effects of your current meds.
What did the doctor say about your constant sore throat?
A good diet and staying away from chemicals is a great idea. Do keep us posted.
As I have stated on her before, I have owned & operated a cleaning & organizing business for close to 20yrs now. I am convinced this is what triggered my illness. I use only green products now. There is supporting research and evidence that environmental toxins are the primary cause behind many of these autoimmune disorders, cancers, autism, etc... People have no idea what they are doing to themselves by using these harsh chemicals. I can't remember exactly but there are like 56 known hazardous toxins in Febreeze. I will look for a great link I have. You can actually put a few drops of pure essential oils in a spray bottle with water for an air freshener. Keep us posted & I will find you that link...
I can't stand the smell of petrol and never have - it spaces me out,- as does perfume. Difficult pumping petrol! I am trying to find washing powder, soap and shampoo that does not have strong smells and does not cost the earth.
Almost 2 weeks into the diet and not much has changed except I have no bleeding gums and can taste food a bit better - this is great but hoping for more improvements.

still looking for that link, but Arizona has the leading chemical sensitivity institute. You can go to their site. They have a lot of information. MCS is not yet accepted by all of the medical community so it's good that you found a doctor that supports this. As nanny stated you can literally find tons of homemade natural cleaners online. Baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, lemon juice are all good for multiple purposes. I do use a product called Earthbrite to clean with. It's 100% natural and cleans & polishes everything. Be careful of some of the cleaners you buy in the stores that claim to be all natural. Seventh generation is pretty good, but even the one called Method has some chemicals in it. There is a neighborhood watch group you can go to that will tell you all about these products. I too can't stand certain smells anymore. Most perfume gags me so I know how you feel.
Good Luck!!!
