How many remember that old saying? Anyways, i have been without my Opana ER 30 mgs and the 10 mgs for breaktrhough for a week now. It has been a living hell but I have been readjusting Lyrica and gabapentin, which really only made me sleep even more and waking up in what seemed to be more pain than before I fell asleep, legs feeling like boards of wood. My grandson has come back over from St Pete to spend most of the summer with me as he likes the freedom and space that staying with me offers to him,even sleeping on the floor. Only the young can take the most basic of what is available and still be happy.

He moved my bed today as I tried to come up with more room for my wheelchair. I have been without all pain meds for a week. I have wanted to sleep for the entire week until I can see the doctor tomorrow, but of course that isn't possible. As I was getting ready to take a nap, I looked down and saw one 30mg Opana ER. It was like winning the lottery. I hurry up and took it. Then after waking from my nap, I looked down and saw another one, so I took it and that was my one day dose and I can feel it in my system. The Lord is so great and my faith in Him never changes whether I am feeling bad or good, because I know that He is the Healer. I give all praise to Him and I know that one day everything will line up as I have requested. We have been on this journey since i was diagnosed in 2011. My sister was diagnosed by her rheumy yesterday that she also has PM and DM after being treated for numerous other auto immune diseases over the pass 20 yrs. It is weird that we have the same illness and at the same time. The only difference is the aneurysm that she had last year and the Lord brought her though that. Amen
