Sorry for your pain. I got onhere couple months ago just so I could see that other people share in this silent disease. No one I know has ever heard of this so no one to talk to about it. People listen but don’t understand st all. Plus the Drs and google don’t say all of it so it’s refreshing to know I’m not alone or Crazy. Which sometimes I wonder. I’m currently on prednisone, methotrexate, plaquenil, folic acid, vitamin D and Cymbalta. It was quite a life change. I no longer run or work out. Some days I go walking. But nothing like I used to do. My face puffy from long time steroids. Dissapointing to look in mirror sometimes. But oh well. I have muscle pain. When it’s my legs it makes my day horrible. My worse flare ups are when my ankles hurt. Like Someone hitting me with a hammer. Feel free to talk and share and ask questions. Nice to have someone to talk to.

Join just a couple of weeks ago. Been diagnosed with polomysitis. Severe leg pains so bad that it makes me fall when pain hits. Been dealing and fighting for about 8 months. Also have lepus and sojgrens syndrome which is also no Pinic. When trying to talk to people they don’t understand so feel real good to talk to someone. Dealing with insurance now to approve me to take new meds acthar which is an injection to treat flares
