Cheryle, Hair can fall out for many reasons. Our medications can contribute to hair loss. Menopause will also contribute to hair loss along with hormone changes. The best thing to do for thinning hair is to keep it trimmed to avoid split ends. Avoid using hair color because our medications may turn your hair purple from interaction with the medications. Our medications also will make hair brittle and break. Use a good salon shampoo with a moisturizing conditioner. I use the Wen product by Chaz Dean. Wen is a terrific moisturizing conditioner that keeps my hair from breakage. You might consider having a short hair cut like a 90 degree cut. Shorter hair will make your hair look fuller. Thinning hair is not as pretty when it is long. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for the tips! I do have my hair in a bob cut which does help. I'll keep the Wen product in mind for a conditioner.

I was more curious about the eyelash fallout. I wonder if they grow back?

My eyelashes are thinner and shorter than ever. I figured it was age. As we age, our eyelashes thin. I also have much thinner eyebrows. One half of my right one is now white. The rest are dark blonde (natural color). I get my eyebrows colored.

I never considered it might be from my medication. It is an interesting thought though.
