Polymyositis (PM) is a type of chronic inflammation of the muscles (inflammatory myopathy) related to dermatomyositis and inclusion body myositis. The inflammation is predominantly of the endomysium in polymyositis, whereas dermatomyositis is characterized by primarily perimysial inflammation.
Okay my wonderful friends, I am on my way to Legoland's new park in Winter Haven, FL. It is me my 10 year old granddaughter and her best friend who is also 10. I have no idea what to expect other than they will have a great time and I will be smiling big time while sitting on my new walker with the seat or hopefully some comfortable seats in the park.
They are having a travel agent introduction day and I am hoping that they will feed us since I spend so much time thinking about food, but in case they don't I have my P& J sandwich and some brand muffins. I wish you all a great day.
