Polymyositis (PM) is a type of chronic inflammation of the muscles (inflammatory myopathy) related to dermatomyositis and inclusion body myositis. The inflammation is predominantly of the endomysium in polymyositis, whereas dermatomyositis is characterized by primarily perimysial inflammation.
Hello all. I wish you all a very Happy Easter. I am going to the Seaside to visit with friends. The first trip I have been able to do for a long time and am much looking forward to it. It is very cold in London and not like Easter weather at all. It will be even colder by the sea but its wonderful to be going after the past six months. Best wishes to you all. Autumm

Happy Easter Autumn! The seaside sounds exciting. Enjoy the fresh air and family. We are colder than usual here in Saskatchewan too. Lots of snow so we need a slow melt or we are going to have flooding. The sunshine s awesome! We are having turkey with friends on Sunday. Easter blessings to everyone. Your message gave me a well needed chuckle this morning as I was downing my first 12 pills of prednizone. I have not heard the word "seaside" in so many years. Brought back many happy memories. Living close to Toronto now so we don't have any "seaside" close by. Enjoy the good (blustery) fresh sea air. Happy Easter to you and all of my new friends. Sonia
