was under a specialists pain and they put me on medication and i have been good for a few years but the last week it has come back on me, i am diabetic and can not take cortisone,what should i do?

Dealing with this diagnosis has been hard for me too as I can't take steroids either. I'm on pain medication and try to watch what I eat. Low sodium and now gluton free which is supposed to help with inflammation.. Not sure but I think it might be helping some.

hi - im new here - was just diagnosed in june of this year - have a lot of questions on what to eat - was told by my dr to follow a mediteraian diet - lots of fruit and vegtables - pass on red meat and eat lots of salmon and chicken
i read all the labels for sodium and use a salt substitute
im also type 2 diabetic
any suggestions on diet would be greatly appriciated
