Hi, I am new to this website. I will try to make contributions as much as I can, and if anyone is ever in need of support, I will be on here to check for PM's twice daily. I would like to make resolutions for myself, and thus far, my resolutions have been focused on myself; I found happiness, it seems, the most in my life when I have put myself into the position of living for the serving of others, and by making resolutions, one day at a time, I hope to find happiness and inspire those who are lost to find so in themselves as well. It's great to be apart of this community, and I hope that it can teach me a little more about what it means to be alive. With my writing rant out of the way, here is my poem!
Muddling in melancholy,
venturing onwards into the breathless frontier
enjoining us to at once to thread lightly and with such carelessness as children at play
the sun, motherly, beckons us to remember the infinite
we fall lightly on our bottoms onto the greeness of a prairie
laughing in revelry; all is content among the court of Olympus
We find triump at days end, knowing that we have found favor in the eyes of time
Our mother bids us goodbye, imparting the gentle kisses of winds that brush against our cheeks;
Gone as hastily as does the wistful thoughts of dawn part, both stolen and bourne in the embreyo of daybreak
Silence befalls, cloaking the threads of life
As we stare awake in the praire of the moonlight.
We find triump at days end, knowing that we have found favor in the eyes of time
Our mother bids us goodbye, imparting the gentle kisses of winds that brush against our cheeks;
Gone as hastily as does the wistful thoughts of dawn part, both stolen and bourne in the embreyo of daybreak
Silence befalls, cloaking the threads of life
As we stare awake in the praire of the moonlight.
