PMDD Support Community Group
A group specifically addressing Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder; severe emotional and physical problems associated with the menstrual cycle. A place where we can share our feelings during the tough times and different types of treatments. Moodswings welcome!
If you read back over some of the other posts you'll find a lot of good suggestions on coping.
Welcome to chat about anything, tho :)
Also, Evening Primrose Oil is estrogenic.... which is the last thing us PMDD suffers need. You need progesterone if anything:
"Evening Primrose oil, which contains estrogenic activity, is a popular supplement for PMS sufferers. It offers quick relief for PMS symptoms but long term use may aggravate the problems. Most people don't realize this."

I agree about the Vitamin B6 and B12. I'm on 140 mg of B6 and 700 mcg of B12. My PMDD is pretty stable right now, but there are also a lot of other things I am doing to improve my overall health and therefore my PMDD. Good luck!
Last month I started on a natural Progesterone cream, and it was the worst month I've had for about 6 months.
(I will give it a decent chance of a few months to kick in tho)
Aaaarggh! Why won't anything work for me!
