I had to put down my baby - he was 19 and the best cat and friend ever. This happened April 20th this year, and I am wondering if I will ever be able to fill the emptiness that I feel inside. I have no children, so he was my child. I am agoraphobic so dont have any outside support system.

im very sorry for your loss.....it is the one negative thing about having a pet....in time you will feel better...but he will always be in your heart....maybe when you are reading another fur baby could help....hugs....

It takes time,but keep your eyes and heart open for a new companion.. When the time is right, you will see a new animal that will embody all that you feel for your lost love. Hang in there.
