I'm taking benzos for my crazies. I'm also on Wellbutrin. My crazies are bitchy and irrational. If someone coughs too much, I want to tell them to shut up. I am a monster for about 5 days a month.

Stop taking so much wellbutrin - I was taking that high of a dosage and it was making me dizzy and nauseous. I take 100 mg a day now.

Have you tried any type of perhaps herbs or supplements rather than taking so many pills? I know they can help but I just don't like the idea of any doc just throwing more pills at you. Hope you're feeling better, here to talk anytime.

You are totally not alone, Nyla. I feel crazy lots of day too!! In fact, I have threatened divorce over 4 times and packed my bags many times too. There are other issues in my marriage...but, EVERYTHING is exacerbated with perimenopause and feeling like I'm crazy. I truly don't feel like myself...like I'm from another planet when I'm having an episode. I know that exercise really does help me, meditation, prayer...and then, the really good stuff helps: sex, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, massages, vacations, shopping and driving in my car playing music I love. :) Other ideas to help relax are: doing puzzles, crocheting, sewing, painting, reading, walking, writing poetry or in a journal, this website and this forum...I'm soooo grateful for this...I feel so alone at times and I don't have the support of my Mom (she's extremely narcissistic) and was basically an absentee Mom my whole life. anyway, glad to have friends here!! :)
