Hello, I'm Dana, 35, a guy who is living with Macular Degeneration(vision loss) as my main disability. I see with my peripheral vision. I was born with it, and have come to live with it. 

I also have epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol. I AM learning to accept the cards I've been dealt with. I know: a 35 year old male shouldn't have any of these, but no one's perfect. 

For my vision problem, I use if you've heard of it, a white cane. It let's people know I have a vision problem. 

The purpose of this group is to let ALL people, with ALL types of disabilities know they ARE accepted, supported, AND LOVED!!! So, let's start posting, and have fun in the group.
