The Political Class have handed Scotland so many bribes to remain part of the Union that England has been treated like the s**te from the Elites' Shoe. As George Bernard Shaw put it, "A Government which robs Peter to pay Paul will always get the support of Paul!"
The only people in England who don't want Scottish Independence are the Career Politicians and Banksters who decimated the nation. (they should all be prosecuted for treason)
