I have been dating this girl for 7 years now and I've been very lucky to be with such an amazing woman. However, I messed up really badly to the point we just broke up and I need to seek help.

I have been getting more and more amused and intrigued by porn as I grew older. It got to the point where I would master bate all the time just to take the edge off. I would watch very taboo pornography and it eventually became the only type of porn that I'd watch. We have been quarantined for a few weeks now due to this pandemic and I spent most of the time with my girl friend. In her house hold she has a younger sister (20yr old) that I grew fond of as just another family member. Unfortunately, I think my sexual urges and taboo addictions keep coming up in my head and I tried to spy on her younger sister while we've been in quarantined. I hate myself for doing it and kept telling myself I needed to stop but everytime I had an opportunity to peek or use my phone to look under her door I would go for it. After watching porn for so long I just became fascinated and triggered by anything on Instagram or any friends that post modeling photos. In the end, I kept trying to get more and more curious and eventually my girlfriends sister caught me and she told my girlfriend immediately after I left. Since I was confronted by it I knew I had an addiction to sexual content and taboo porn and I consciously tried to translate into real life. Before I can try to get back with her I need to make sure I'm doing the right thing and seek help from anyone who has had success being sober from porn
