I too was pumping breast milk like a mad woman but unfortunately not making enough and they were a little premature and didn't have a great latch. The doc told us even though it probably looked alarming, it was most likely okay since they were gaining weight well and looked fine otherwise. They had immature systems and a touch of reflux problems. We tried switching to a formula for reflux issues and this just constipated them, so we switched back to the previous formula.
The grew out of the pukeys after about a month, it just slowly went away until it became a non-issue.
