Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1) Support Group
Feeding your infant and ensuring they are getting enough nutrition is one of the most important aspects of parenting during that first year. This community is dedicated to those who are nurturing a baby, whether breastfed or formula-fed.

Maybe try to do the same routine for nap time as you do for bed. Maybe if he thinks it's bed time he'll sleep better. You could also try black out shades in his room. We got some and it has made a difference in nap time sleep. Sometimes it isn't dark enough and they won't sleep. Maybe if your not already using something get a white noise machine or have a lullaby CD playing. The white noise machine was suggested to me and it has helped my daughter get to sleep faster at night. I hope things get better. Just know you are not alone. There are other parents who can't seem to get there babies to sleep. You are not a bad parent, you are doing everything you can for your son and that is all anyone can do. Good luck.
