I must admit I didn't do my Kegels while pregnant. I had no problems with urine control then and doing the exercises seemed like such a hastle. I had a vaginal delivery with 3.5 h of pushing. I had no problems with urine control after it either but once two months have passed I noticed a leak a little. It's now been almost 7 months since I gave birth and I still leak. Not when I cough or sneeze but just at random. I've started doing Kegels a few weeks ago but I see no improvement yet. Did anyone have a similar problem? How long did it last? What made it go away? My obgyn says it just gets worse with more kids. I definitely want more but I already feel like a granny with this leaking problem :(

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
