I went through IVF and they implanted two. Both took and I had twins. I had a healthy pregnancy and gave birth at 36 weeks to the day. My daughter was 6 pounds 11 ounces and my son was 6 pounds 3 ounces. Both are healthy and I didn't have any issues. I began to have preclampsia but they took the twins before it could progress and I am fine. I had a c-section and both babies were able to come home with me when i left the hospital 4 days later. They are both over 7 pounds and they are 24 days old today. I think the worst part of everything was getting to the end of the pregnancy and me just wanting them to be out so i could hold them. I too went through IVF and had twins. They were born a little early at 34 1/2 weeks, but both are happy and healthy. While twin pregnacies aren't ideal, it isn't like you'll be the ocotomom.

I had no problems at birth and they were just a little underweight (3 lbs. 10 oz and 4 lbs. 4 oz.) but it will have to long term effects on them.

I also went through IVF and had twins. I had a complicated pregnancy - shortened cervix and pre-term labor so I was on bedrest for 14 weeks. They delivered me at 35 weeks (c-section) because I was developing pre-eclampsia. My boys were 5.5 lbs and 4.1 lbs. My 4 pounder stayed in the NICU for a few days just because he was a poor feeder. My other son came home with me. They both are completely healthy, active, vibrant 13 mos olds. They had no problems from being born a little early. Best of luck!!!

I got pregnant with my twins naturally. But I had a pretty good pregnancy. The morning sickness was pretty bad for the first few months, and I had really bad heartburn. But I delivered healthy twins naturally, which sucked, but I was glad they were healthy enough to allow me to do that.

They were born at 37 weeks and 4 days. My daughter was born first and was 5lbs 8oz, and my son was 5lbs 4oz.
