Hi all! I am a new mom to a 4 month old little girl. I absolutely love her and she is by far a really good baby! However there are some things I regularly struggle with and I was hoping to hear if anyone else has similar struggles. Guilt! I am forever feeling like I am not doing enough. I read all of the articles/books and try to play/snuggle with my little one every chance I can get though I work full time and am working on my masters too so I don't get too much time with her during the week and when I do I feel like I'm not doing enough tummy time or reading or whatever else the experts suggest. Another struggle is recognizing what is going on with her. She has been an amazing sleeper since the start and now suddenly at 19 weeks she is fine during the day but screams at night and is completely inconsolible... this is totally new and I don't know if it's teething, growth spurt, or sleep regression??? Anyone else have similar struggles?
