Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1) Support Group
Feeding your infant and ensuring they are getting enough nutrition is one of the most important aspects of parenting during that first year. This community is dedicated to those who are nurturing a baby, whether breastfed or formula-fed.
You could just ask them if the diapers you provided them are too small or too big that she is having more accidents?
Or if they have any idea why she is having more accidents?
I wouldn't say well are you ignoring her and this is why she is having more accidents...just ask if it is a diaper thing and then maybe they will realize that you have noticed more and that they better do better?
If it doesn't get better then I would ask how much time she spends in the exersaucer and if spending too much time in there can cause this?
I have the issue that when I pick up my little guy from daycare and get him home he always (or almost always) has a poopy diaper, I know she takes the kids outside in the afternoon and just not sure if she doesn't think to change his diaper or what, but will have to just wait and see how often this happens.
Good Luck. Just remember you are her mommy and know what's best for her! Do what you think is right.
As I read your story that's exactly what I thought: "they aren't changing her enough". I'd be concerned but I also think that the other two brought up good points. Are her diapers the right size? What is she eating? If those two things are thought about in your mind and you still have the same thoughts - voice them to the daycare worker. That many days in a row is ridiculous unless she's sick.
