Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1) Support Group
Feeding your infant and ensuring they are getting enough nutrition is one of the most important aspects of parenting during that first year. This community is dedicated to those who are nurturing a baby, whether breastfed or formula-fed.
Because your baby is younger, you may want to ask the pediatrician how long she should be sleeping and suggestions for getting her back to sleeping better. It was so hard making him cry it out, but oh so worth it! Good luck!
However , we also went through this when he was 5 months old. We just got up him then.
Dont let it become a habit, and do ask your dr how much he should be sleeping.
It'll get better!!
In a situation like your's I might try eliminating a nap and spreading out the remaining two. This might be a bit more stressful during the day as she may get a bit crabbier or your energy as mom just may need a break, but by the end of the night, when she's exhausted for not being able to take that one 1/2 hour nap (it does a lot!) hopefully you will be able to enjoy a bit more time sleeping to re energize your mom powers! =) I hope everything works out! Best of luck!
