I am familiar with Flylady. A friend of mine did the program for a couple of months. I think its really cool but it is such a system that once you get off the schedule it can be hard to get back on. It also had a huge binder of paperwork you could download that helped to organize you. I got overwhelmed by it all before I even got started. But give it a whirl. You might really enjoy it (and have a clean house to boot).

people run into trouble with flylady because they don't recognize that it's not the ten commandments. you don't have to do everything she suggests, and she says so. the point is to use her system to create routines that work for YOU. once you have a routine that fits your lifestyle it actually gives you a great starting point to fall back to at those times when you do get off track. i get off track all the time, sometimes for weeks or months. but anytime i need a kickstart i just open my control journal to the front page and my checklist tells me where to start fresh.

the key is to think of it like johnny depp's pirate code: it's more like a guideline, really.
