Over The Fence Community Group
A quote from one of our happy Over The Fence members: "Hi JS- Thank you for the welcome message. Do you remember that show Home Improvement and the neighbor Wilson Wilson Jr. who would meet Tim the Tool Man at the fence, but never showed anything but his eyes? He was so funny. This group reminds me of those encounters... you get the wisdom, humor, and support from your DS...

Ingredients:
6 large strawberries
1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt
1 cup of whole milk
Directions:
Just blend all three ingredients and you have a fresh fruit smoothie. Additional fruits maybe added like bananas.
I also want to add if you use Greek Yogurt for others you can pick up a significant amount of protein for building blocks, fighting inflammation in the body, as well as sustaining that FULL feeling for weight loss.
FYI ~If you add a scoop of whey protein shake powder a smoothie CAN become a complete meal replacement.

I cup of yogurt
1 banana
Blueberries to taste.
Blend and enjoy.
Start with about a cup of yogurt. I usually get the big container of vanilla, but a carton of vanilla, lemon or other flavor will work.
I almost always add a banana.
The third ingredient is something frozen. I usually use whole strawberries, peach slices, or mixed fruit. Many ingredients call for ice cubes, which are fine if you add fresh fruit.
I may toss in more fresh fruit, if I have it (usually berries of some sort).
Add milk or soy milk or almond milk, depending on the thickness desired and the amount of fruit--usually a half cup or so.
I sometimes add a squirt from the honey jar and/or cinnamon.
