You know group messages are nice for an announcement or what... BUT I csme back to confront 153 GROUP messages!!! Doesn't any sub-group leader take time to message their members individually anymore?

Comment, anyone?

Uh... Holy crap! I'd have hidden under the bed if I saw that waiting!!! I would guess.... No, they don't take the time? Good thing it wasn't snail mail messages, you'd have been lost in a pile of paper!

I just don't answer Grooup Messages unless I feel that they are directed to me personally! BUT - Thanx to those who have answered the one I just sent out regarding my return - I promise to individually answer all those replies that I receive!

I am still "checking all" and deleting "all"!

As a group leader elsewhere, I will admit that group messages are my way of telling the members of my group what's up with the group, so they know what's new and happening there in case they haven't been popping by in a bit - sometimes it entices members to come back into the fold. I still write individual messages when I have something to say to an individual, but you know how tedious it is to send the same message to every member in your group - you'd be there for days sending messages out!

153 messages though... I would take that to mean you either have been away far too long or you belong to too many groups!

Sometimes it means that leaders take a quick fix to a timely duty also. It also means that some leaders are sending the same message 4x!!
