This "innocent" looking email is littered with broken English .. "be a pleasure to read from you" - "send my picture for you to know me" & Your (lovely) new friend. This is how someone with English as a second language speaks.
What is wrong with that? - you say... First of all that message came from outside of dailystrength.org. Why? Why if they are looking through the People Gallery at the top heading of the page are they not members of DS? They are not. How do I know?
There are 2 ways to check on some one here at DS.
(1) Go to the top heading & click on Home then type the given name in the Search box. If they are DS their info will come up. (This search indicated they (loveth) were unfound)
(2) you may go to http://www.dailystrength.org/search... AND ADD ?Q=(NAME)+ (again - unfound) (Hopefully this will go through this time - I have posted & deleted this thread 2x trying to put up the correct search address.)
What does this indicate? Either a scam or a troll. What is a troll? Some one who wants your information so that they can use it to get your vital info from the internet and steal your identity!! They will open credit cards in your name or make expensive purchases or do almost ANYTHING in your name once they have your ID!!
I altered the name & the email address on this email so don't even bother. But I left the letter intact so you'd would see what it says & how it is being said... DO NOT RESPOND to outside emails on your DS personal message board
