To stop multitasking

Research shows that people who practice mindfulness weigh less, stress less and smile more. And those who try to multitask do it badly. So I am going to make an effort to be present this year.

finally bought hcg drops and hoping to actually diet this year and get fit and all that. wonder how many wrinkles i have under all this weight gain? might just gain it back then. lol.


looking for land for sanctuary for animals...hope it goes well. would like 10 acres. have someone to tend to it. i doubt i will, rural gives me an anxiety attack for real. but something must be done. would like to see the laws changed to include animal care education in elementary schools and a $1 federal tax for mandatory and free spay and neuter. would also like to see the banning of feed farms and to make it a FELONY to kill any animal or eat animals. disgusting. just another form of cannibalism. we are alllll animals.

I resolve to multi task mor3e efficaciously!! And to be on here more often than I was - Maybe not as often as when I was an invalid ss I am often "out & about" these days but surely at least once or twice a week!

To bask in the Glow of Jesus...to try to remember WHO I am in Christ - a Princess! My brother is the Prince of Peace & I am the daughter of the King of Kings!! He is at my helm & if I am mindful of that, I am safely anchored in Him. The battle is His. It is only up to me to seek His discernment. He is my Good Shepherd, all I need is to follow.
