One wish... This is not a cop out, I just cant come up with one unselfish wish that would have no unintended consequences. Selfish? I would love to be able to again wade the trout streams and deer hunt.

I wish nothing for myself, b/c what I am happy and content in my life, challenges and all.

See, having a boatload more wishes would then allow for me to wish for world peace, the end of famine, economic equality, a cure for cancer, and for the Kardashians to be stuck on a remote island far away from Ryan Seacrest and any E! cameras or any other press machine that compels other shows to put them on as guests. See how much good I could do for the world with my infinite wishes? Doesn't sound so greedy now, does it?!

The Monkeys Paw was short story about a charm from an African witch doctor that had 3 wishes for its owner. Each wish was granted but came with unintended consequences. In one the owner wished for 50,000 dollars. His son, a race car driver crashed and died leaving him an insurance policy of 50,000. The distraught parent wished his son was alive again, the son came to life... but he had already been embalmed by the undertaker. The embalming fluid was burning him from the inside causing him to scream in pain for an end. The last wish was used for his son to die. My point was this....we often wish for things for all of the right reasons that sometimes have unintended consequences. Example? Monty Hall, the game show guy once gave a Rolls Royce to a poor man on one of his shows. The man was blessed and grateful until he was approached by the IRS for tax money for his sudden income. He tried to sell the car to pay the taxes but couldnt find a buyer and the IRS put a lean against his home and went after his pay checks... How many win the lottery and then have countless problems? Thats all I meant... be careful what you wish for, you might get it!

One wish...that's hard...I guess I'd have to settle on being healthy. Otherwise I'd wish to be creative enough to come up with a way that I could save my house.
