Hi I'm John,



I have ankle, knee and hip OA. Going to the gym helps my knees alot. Not many exercises for ankle. Dic say pilates would help my hip. What supplements?


SAM-e 900 mg inthe am and 250 at night.


1500 mg glucosamine with condroitin 2x per day


avocado soy unsaponifiables 300mg 1x per day


4000mg turmeric 2x per day


omega3 fish oil 3 g 2x per day


rhodiola rosea for fatigue and mood boost 400mg when feeling down and tired.


I'm 63 and live in Brazil for a more pleasant climate for the joints most of the year

I forgot to mention that hyaluronic acid is great for OA too but it makes me gain weight so I dont use it all the tome.Only when I have extra pain.

Just a note. I was looking up where the best place to live in theUSA for less arthritis pain. If appears that that would be an area that is least humid. Uhe best place is said to be San Diego. Number 2 was Phoenix AZ. Number3?
