Looking for ideas and support.  Have Osteoarthritis, Dupuytens Contracture, Basilar joint arthritis in both hands. in addition to multiple other health and autoimmune conditions.  Have used many creams which have had no effect.  Occasional visits to my hand Dr. for cortisone shots.  What have you used that gives you pain relief?
