I love being a night owl. I hate having to get up at 6 or 7 am to go to work. I have more motivation and energy from mid afternoon til 3 am than most other people who have day jobs. I have found it hard to cope as a Paralegal and insomniac.

When I was working as a temp and receptionist I found my insomnia very difficult to handle. Now that I am on SSDI it's less troublesome, I just adjust my sleep cycle based on what I have to do.

I too love being a night owl. Late night is fun.

I agree, i am no good all day, but night time IS the right time, though i miss sleep, got maybe 4 to 5 hrs of non stop last night, YAY. Have a doc appt tomorrow so i know i will be up worried that i will sleep and not wake in time, it's so early 10 a.m. YIKES. I prob will be up most of the overnight worried about it. I have bag's on top of bag's under the eyes and i don't think right at all anymore, this is so new to me.
At least i got some sleep during the day, couple hours. Love this site. Hug's to you all and hello Andea and Ms Actualezer. Nice to meat you xoxo
