He pleaded not guilty so it will go to trial. But I got some work and research on my page done .... just need about 2x the energy and brainpower that I seem to have lately. Relax ... breathe ...

Remember to keep your head high and have the posture and body language of power...that helped me anyway...it made me believe more in myself. So much of this stuff is like bluffing in poker. It's not about facts. I wish you all the best and sending some extra strength your way!

Well I learned one thing already, never admit to guilt and then you are never liable. I really fall over as I realize that people actually do live by that in some neighborhoods it is probably wisest. But I would have gladly been gone a year ago and none of this would be going on! I was actually blown away they had filed the charge and on one of the most picayune reports. I really wished they'd do the one where he was chest to chest telling me he won't stop until I'm no longer allowed to walk the face of the Earth.

I do not know if I know the body language of power but will try ... LOL maybe I will go hang out in hospitals and businesses with executives to refresh my memory?

And thank you, thanks. I haven't had a whole lot of time to be anxious today, after all and I am glad. Freefromnarc, slip me a few jokers ... I think that is what I need ... I only have facts he has BS but I do have a lot of recordings and texts, too. So maybe those facts can help. I had nothing to do with filing charges, merely made the report and didn't have any big drama to report. But they have "probable cause" and they are the pro's as I have learned to my own discomfort in past.

MAybe they kind of wonder why he let me come back, too if I am the psycho that he was having institutionalized, arrested and trying to get supervised visitation over several years back? Do you think you would wonder? That maybe she was telling the truth?

Thanks again and REALLY nice to get that validation. Ever since my therapist told me he thinks most of the "problems" I have now are result of my husband's "severely dysfunctional family of origin issues and his own psychopathology" and wrote that up in a letter, it helped. I wish people in this world weren't so screwed up and why is it always in "couples"?! But it definitely brightens my day and I am glad to hear it outside a dr. office. I will be SO THANKFUL for "normal" life again.
