My narc bf recently left again. We've been together 2.5 years. He has left in the past but recently his leaving and coming back has become more frequent. I have been left with utter heartache. I know I shouldn't be waiting on him to come home but with the way I feel right now... Ugh. It's all I can do to keep getting myself out of bed .
