I start with the journey today.
Goal: No nail biting for a month
Why a month?: They say if you do something (or don't do something) for a month, you absorb it enough, for it to become a habit.
Will share my progress as I go along. I think the key is going to be to become aware of when I am doing it, and then stop myself.

How is it going with your nail biting habit? I am currently trying to overcome the bad habit myself.
