Nail biting Community Group
For those who have the impulse to bite their nails. This is a place to discuss your feelings on the subject,triggers and reactions from others.
You'll find it available in beauty supply stores, a few drugstores, and no doubt on the internet. It's a clear nail polish for men and women and children. You apply it and then allow it to dry. The idea is that if you then put your nails to your mouth to chew, bit, nibble, suck, or rub your fingernails on your teeth, you will be left with a bitter taste in your mouth.
Of course the manufacturers and sellers stand by their product.
Unfortunately, some people can develop a liking for the bitter taste, and so their nail biting continues. Possibly, however, it may be of use to some people.

I am one of the unfortunately one of the people that still bite them. That is a very good tasting stuff.

i bite my nails also. I started as a child and still to this day bite them all the time. i even pick the skin around the nail bed. i have used the bite it nail polish bad taste yuck! i could go on and on but i won't

same story with cramsession .those kind of nail polishes don't prevent me from biting. But I can recommend another way which helped me for a while.When I was in Poland I tried putting acrylic nails which are too hard to bite I wore them for 3 months.after that I saw my long beautiful nails and stoped biting until 4 of them were broken deep naturally .Then I started biting again because the harmony was over on my fingers:) and now I save money to do it again:)
