Musicians... Old and New Community Group
Aimed really at grouping together musicians of any kind suffering from health problems, confidence issues or people struggling to meet and play with others, covering:: How to get started on various instruments. Basic songwriting discussions. Singing/vocals Tips on confidence or sharing with others Tips for recordings yourself or writing down your songs + more ! : )
Couple of questions I want to ask if anyone has the time to share possible solutions:
Hand strength (specially for bar chords or playing for long periods of time)
I need some encouragement I guess. Baz suggested the squeezing the tennis ball trick. Does this work? Is there anything else I can do because I only have a mouldy old soggy one.. :P
Would just continually playing what katie did by the libertines help? ... :P

Especially if I'm stressed or tired I can't tune my guitar, I'm still tone deaf! It takes me so long to get it in tune and I often get so frustrated I just don't play. Is there anything preferably not battery operated that can tune my acoustic?

Im lucky, my tinitus plays up with anything hitting an A, so I tune to my A string by making my ears buzz
well me being an eco nut the paper thing is a no deal! :P
So many reasons... I hear the paper industry is the 3rd biggest contributer to carbon emissions. It's not just that... but yeh. I'll find a tennis ball.. :P
I do use online tuners. mmm. I think I was just having a stressful impatient phase
