I've accused my husband of molesting our 15 month old. My husband is a victim of child molestation and he's been unstable for the past year. I gave up my career to stay home with our son to keep him safe. On October 3 I left our son with him for the entire day, the first time in his life, and I came home and again saw his penis red, swollen, and sore. My husband puts him in diapers we say not to put him in, he blames the diapers for his irritated penis. My husband physically abused us just several days later. I took our son and left. I've disclosed this abuse and molestation to every authority, and I get the same response, "it's hard to prove because he can't talk." I have a baby book with what I believe is my husbands semen in it, being tested privately, because the police or states attorney won't test it. DCF did an investigation and said there was no threat. My husband is a charismatic LIAR and has reached extreme levels of psychopathic and narcissistic behaviors, and I think was setting me up to either kill me or do something that looked like I killed myself or tried to kill him. We are in custody court now, I'm representing myself because I'm locked out of any of our finances, he's embezzled over 12,000 from our business and stopped me from selling any of my belongings or my home. I am so scared the court is going to grant him unsupervised custody and in several years I'm going to need to go through this again because I know my son will be abused. I pray all day, everyday. I've lost family members by disclosing his abuse, I've lost friends, I've lost my community.
