Hello to everyone
I am trying ways of keeping up with my son's calorie needs and vitamin needs with his day to day life of school and playing football for 3 teams.
He is ok now with taking Nurishment in a can after playing a game but i am looking at making my own protein shake for him to add with calorie and vitamin needs, he has food allergies and did react to brown rice protein, made his throat itch....but i was thinking of hemp, soy or strawberry protein?
Have any of you guys tried any of these on your children?
He is in remission, thankfully, but it is a struggle to keep on top of his calorie needs.
He takes 100mg azathiropine, omega-3 capsules and a b-complex tablet
